Some of you can’t make our 3 Day Retreat and for some of you our 1 Day Retreat on Bowen Island sounds like a dream but it’s still hard to fit into your schedule. So we created our Half Day Retreat, 4 hours, from 9:30am-1:30pm in the beautiful Vancouver North Shore wilderness, where you get to hike, run and meditate while getting inspired to make positive changes in your life.
Everyone needs help finding motivation, will power and consistency sometimes, from first timer to experienced athlete. Our kick start retreats will set the track and get you rolling on the path you’ve been longing for.
